Cobb’s Hill Estate – Buy SA Week Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. 28Promoter
    The promoter is Cobb’s Hill Estate, 382 Swamp Road, Oakbank SA 5243.
  2. Eligibility
    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Cobb’s Hill Estate and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    • One entry per person permitted.
  3. Entry Period
    • The competition opens on 28 July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 3 August 2025 (ACST).
    • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  4. How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available via the Cobb’s Hill Estate website during the promotional period.
  5. Prize Details
    • One winner will receive:
      • A private wine tasting experience for two people at Cobb’s Hill Estate
      • One six-pack of Cobb’s Hill Estate wines – value up to $200
      • A ploughman’s platter to enjoy onsite, by the fire (weather permitting)
    • Total prize value is approximately $250 AUD.
  6. Prize Conditions
    • The prize must be redeemed between Monday and Friday only, and by 31 August 2025.
    • Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
    • Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    • Alcohol will only be served in accordance with responsible service of alcohol guidelines. The winner and guest must be aged 18 or over.
  7. Winner Selection & Notification
    • The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 4 August 2025.
    • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided in the entry form.
    • If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be drawn.
  8. Privacy
    • By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive promotional communications from Cobb’s Hill Estate. Entrants may opt out at any time.
  9. General
    • The promoter reserves the right to amend the terms or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice due to circumstances beyond its control.
    • Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
