Please note that a person over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery. We can not deliver wine to unattended premises. Australian laws prevents us from selling wine to anyone under the age of 18 years old. Please confirm you are of legal age to purchase wine when completing the order form.

The information on this site is provided on an ‘As Is’ basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cobbs Hill Estate will not be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from the copying and use of the information.

This site is restricted to Australian sales only. All prices displayed in the site are Australian dollars and my be shown as $, AUD$, AU$, A$.  and Products will not be exported outside of Australia via the website – contact us via email or phone about export sales.

All our prices are in Australian dollars.

Handling and packaging costs are included as an itemised cost in the total provided at the checkout once the order quantity and location is provided. All items are shipped using Australian Courier/Postal Services.

Under normal circumstances goods will be despatched upon receipt of proof of payment made and funds cleared in our bank. If an order cannot be filled, then the customer will be notified and advised as to whether the order can be completed subject to availability of the product/s purchased, or a refund will be available if requested. If you wish to query delivery please email us.

Delivery timeframe will depend on your location and the freight service available to us in your area. Dispatch is normally 1-2 days from receipt of payment and usually takes between 2-8 working days for delivery depending on your location.

Cobbs Hill Estate trusts that you will enjoy our wines. We stand by the quality of our wine and our shipments are carefully inspected before despatch. Nevertheless if a product is deemed to be faulty then returns will be accepted. Returns cannot be accepted on the basis of not liking the wine. All claims must be notified within seven days of receipt of the wine by email, so that we can arrange return and where appropriate exchange or refund. All wines should be returned as near as practicable to their original condition, with postage and insurance costs paid by the buyer.

When purchasing from Cobbs Hill Estate, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac gateway services. Card data is not hosted by Cobbs Hill Estate after processing.
